When we were on our trip through some nations, we arrived one evening in France near an abbey, where a camperplace was…It was quiet, two other campers were there as well.
We were glad to have a place as well. When we spend the evening outside, some locals passed us for a walk in the park… some of us took a walk as well.
After spending the night and breakfast, I took the chance to take a walk and discovered the following sculptures…
There was a whole park with many sculptures and every one told me a story, especially this one!
I took a closer look and the picture explain from my view a story…an important story.
The first thought what came into my mind was chapter 37 of Ezekiel and then the whole story of the one nation, the separation until a certain time, written in Scripture.
Both and different
Hosea 6:1 “Come, and let us return unto YHVH: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. 3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know YHVH: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
4 O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee?”
“Ephraim, he hath mixed himself among the people; Ephraim is a cake not turned. 9 Strangers have devoured his strength, and he knoweth it not: yea, gray hairs are here and there upon him, yet he knoweth not. 10 And the pride of Israel testifieth to his face: and they do not return to YHVH,their Elohim, nor seek him for all this. 11 Ephraim also is like a silly dove without heart: they call to Egypt, they go to Assyria. 12 When they shall go, I will spread my net upon them; I will bring them down as the fowls of the heaven; I will chastise them, as their congregation hath heard. 13 Woe unto them! for they have fled from me: destruction unto them! because they have transgressed against me: though I have redeemed them, yet they have spoken lies against me…”Hosea 7:8-14
Jer.3:8 “And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also. 9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks. 10 And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith YHVH. 11 And YHVH said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.”
Jer. 5:11 “or the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith YHVH
The promise
Deut 30:1-7 “And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither YHVH, thy Elohim hath driven thee, 2 And shalt return unto YHVH thy Elohim, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; 3 That then YHVH thy Elohim will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither YHVH thy Elohim hath scattered thee. 4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will YHVH thy Elohim gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: 5 And YHVH thy Elohim will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers. 6 And YHVH thy Elohim will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love YHVH thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
Both are becoming in one accord
Ezekiel 37: 15- 23 “The word of YHVH came again unto me, saying, 16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: 17 And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand. 18 And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these? 19 Say unto them, Thus saith YHVH ELohim; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand. 20 And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes. 21 And say unto them, Thus saith YHVH Elohim; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: 22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all: 23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their Elohim”
The next sculpture reminded me of YHVH’s Scriptures…mostly we cant explain simply what He shows us, so we need more books to write or more gigabytes to type our thoughts about His revelations.
It was here that I received these thoughts I now share with you…
Shalom, Hadassah
